FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
Do you treat injuries or pain?
I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. I coach strength, mobility, and progressive exposure. Many clients end up hurting less as capacity improves. If it lingers into the next day, we step back or loop in your clinician.
What if something hurts during a session?
Tell me right away. We’ll modify the exercise or stop—mild, manageable effort is OK; sharp or worsening pain isn’t. If it doesn’t settle by the next day, we step back or coordinate with your clinician.
Where do you train?
In-person across Evergreen, Boulder, and Denver, CO (in-home or studio), plus remote coaching anywhere.
Is travel included?
Yes—up to 30 minutes one-way is included with in-home packages. Longer drives can be accommodated with an add-on.
Do you offer remote coaching?
Yes. Live sessions and/or programming with video feedback, tailored to your space and equipment. Refer to "What equipment do I need?" FAQ for optimal equipment requirements.
How long are sessions and how often should I train?
Most sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. Common rhythms are 2–4×/week, depending on goals, recovery, and schedule.
What equipment do I need?
I bring all the required equipment for our training to you; If we are training remotely, we can start with bodyweight, a chair, and a band. For optimal remote training: resistance bands, adjustable DBs, incline bench, plyo steps, squat wedges, slant board, back extension, TRX straps or gymnastic rings and a mat.
How fast will I see results?
Most people feel changes in 2–4 weeks and see measurable progress in 4–8 weeks with consistent training, sleep, and nutrition.
What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice so I can offer the slot to another client. Late cancels/no-shows are charged per the policy on your package details.
How do payments work?
I accept ACH bank transfer through Stripe or Zelle. Packages renew per your plan. Receipts provided.
Do you offer nutrition support?
Yes—habit-based coaching and performance basics. I don’t prescribe medical diets or meal plans.
How is this different from physical therapy?
PT diagnoses and treats conditions. I provide assessment-informed strength and movement coaching and will collaborate with your clinician when helpful.
